      Pros

      The people are extremely easy to work with and highly qualified to do their jobs. Fun atmosphere with lots of opportunity to get involved and to build stronger relationships with your peers - baseball league, company lunches, talents shows, hiking trips, marathons, etc. This is a very stable and fast growing company with lots of opportunity for growth once you are a permanent employee.

      Cons

      Hiring process is very time consuming, intrusive and unproductive. It requires so much growth/change/openness from the applicant in so little time. Leadership is into self-help books and forums that associates are "highly encouraged" to pick up as well. These forums are over glorified by the company. Huge disconnect between employees and leadership.

      Advancement opportunity was one of the best things about this company. If you have what it takes you'll be an ACO in less than 3 years.

      Cons

      Upper management was way into micro-managing. Short handed all the time do to high turnover rates.
