      Incredibly friendly (for new starters), mission driven company who are aspiring to their promise of accountability and transparency with their customers and employees. An army of smart people doing a whole lot of incredible things at light speed.

      High level of autonomy and learning curve can be really scary when you first start

      This is what a modern company is all about. Amazing culture, flexible arrangements, growth opportunity, diveristy and of course, next level full of talent people who make all this happen and makes day to day a very nice place to work.

      High trust, high initiative environment

      Pros

      - Super high trust. Right down to holiday days - you are treated like an adult and trusted to make adult decisions about what you work on, when you're available, what you think is important to work on. - Organised chaos environment - no bureaucracy to get in the way of doing anything. - Fully remote teams. Never been a mention of "return to office" once. Entire teams are globally distributed. - Amazing benefits. EV car, cycle to work scheme, child day care - Kraken has saved me so much just through workplace benefits. - Highly motivated, intelligent people. Everyone really wants to be there and puts in a lot of effort (a positive system of my first point). - We are solving real problems. We are actually making a difference in the climate fight.

      Cons

      - Organised chaos. Big things happen quite last minute without much warning. However - the big things are usually well supported by the team. - So much going on it is hard to keep track (if you care to see the whole picture all the time).
