      Pros

      - The people are friendly, patient, and smart. They care about the mission - The company is scaling massively and fast - You have heaps of autonomy, creativity, as long as you get your work done

      Cons

      - Everyone is crazy busy. It's hard to get cross-team efforts going - Ownership of some things can fall through the gaps - Not a huge culture of doing retros, so we miss out on learning sometimes - Management can be really variable. People aren't given a lot of training

      Awesome place to work, only one downside

      Pros

      - Great culture (if you're responsible and a self starter). - Flexible work (remote option, flexible hours as long as you don't miss meetings and are getting work done). - Great career progression. - Big on caring for mental health. - Great diversity and inclusion (gender identity, religion, cultures) - Many areas/teams to work in if something takes your fancy. - Great office, if you choose to go in, with great people (weekly drinks, running club, lunches etc etc). - Working with some of the best engineers in Australia (and around the globe). - All annual leave given upfront at start of year, don't need to "earn" it.

      Cons

      - No salary sacrifice options in Australia. So take into account when discussing salary, if you're aiming to lower taxable income by salary sacrifice.
