Pros

Excellent IT department, and they do make tasty burgers.

Cons

There was very blatant xenophobia, racism, and nepotism at the top level. There are cameras everywhere that they watch from home. Low morale within a majority of the company. There was a surprising amount of games and fear tactics in the executive office as opposed to clear and productive communication. Overall it's very fragmented, so each department feels like a completely different company.

Pros

At first this company is great, they let you know that you’re a big family and the hours are fantastic.

Cons

Hours will drop below your contracted hours, there will suddenly be 3 of you running an entire shift.

Management is the problem

Pros

Free food is really all the pros

Cons

Management is out of touch and refuses to give the crew the necessary equipment to do the best they can. They also regularly over-hire and then cut hours, which leads to losing good crew because they can't survive on 18 hours a week when they were getting 32 before.
