Pros

My store specifically was very friendly and focused on team building unlike other stores where I worked the odd shift I worked in total for almost 5 years during and after my university studies and the managers have always been accommodating to my flexible requirements

Cons

Can go through a period of no rest (e.g. work a shift 12pm-11pm and then work at 7am the following morning) First general manager was terrible (once questioned me on why I wanted to take annual leave because I am here to work and not go on holiday)

Pros

Good team and morale, great for experience as you get to work a variety of different stations throughout your day - also makes time go by faster

Cons

Long hours, very in depth cleaning every day

Pros

Flexible hours, secret shopper program that incentivizes doing the job right and get extra money for it. Online and cash tips are also a bonus.

Cons

Can be stressful when there are several people calling out or there are multiple new people.
