Pay, managers, corporate, feels like working for 1984’s Big Brother, awful upper management, no bonuses (although they will promise them, never in all my 5 years of working did I get a single secret shopper), depending on your store you might not have all the right tools

prejudice managers, no pto, no benefits, sometimes they forget your breaks, hours get cut for no reason, unsanitary work place, child labor laws are broken a lot there, favoritism
