Pros

Excellent productivity in the hiring process. Managers kept calling me to make sure that I had all the right attire to come into work for my first day.

Cons

So far, I haven't seen many challenges. But I also, haven't seen my first day in the kitchen yet. So my ideas will change with time I'm assuming.

Pros

Very laid back environment and time off policies. Has flexible shifts. Has great secret shopper bonuses, nice add on to payrolls.

Cons

Little too laid back, training was inadequate as you learn while on the job. Management could of managed better, pay is very little almost minimum wage. Hours were heavily watched.
