Pros

You do make tips at the end of every shift. They usually promote managers from the crew members so there is a chance to move up if you work hard.

Cons

It can get very hot standing by or near a hot grill all day. And you always leave smelling like a burger.

Pros

free food. At one point the employees were rewarded for secret shops. which made up for the fact that the company pays minimum wage.

Cons

once they got rid of the secret shops morale has also taken a hit. turnover has increased. Your not paying your employees enough to afford your product.

Pros

Amazing atmosphere, and easy concepts. Super easy to grasp and learn. Management is good, and everyone loves coming to work.

Cons

My franchise pays poorly. The owners fail to pay the crew or management enough, which in turn causes high turnover and you struggle. We pay probably less than every Five Guys.
