Director of nursing aggressive towards long time excellent leaders in nursing. Arrogant standoffish coworkers just like any place.

This company does have decent benefits and for the position that I worked in I was a member of the union which meant I got yearly pay raises. There was room for advancement to a certain extent and each time I transferred I was offered more money.

Cons

Like any company there are cliques. The con of working for a union, or one of them, is that everything goes by seniority so if someone worked there longer they would get first choice for transfers and time off.
