      I found no Cons to the position other than having to park a few blocks away when it was really cold.

      I have been here for almost 14 years and I think it us one of the better places to work in the area.

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities. Many different departments that give you a variety of options. People are pleasant to work with in all departments.

      Cons

      It isn't located in the best area. A lot of crime in this area. The insurance benefits are OK, a little high especially when you have to care a family plan.

      Pros

      I had a great boss, great tools and the opportunity to grow in my skills and experience. Overall, a great company to work for.

      Cons

      As with any company that an individual could work for, there are always opportunities for improvement in the organization in which one is employed. I think EH had some of the same challenges and opportunities that other Healthcare providers had.
