Phone call from HR manager, in-person interview with hiring unit manager; one-on-one in my case. Interview environment was relaxed and included open-ended discussion. Follow up call from HR representative. Offer made was fair and reasonable.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Essentia Health in Feb 2026
Interview
I had my first two interviews set up by an automated bot in early Feb, with absolutely no contact or information in between. Two months later, I got a 3rd interview set up by a very abrupt "talent acquisition" person who clearly hated their job. The VP was very cold towards me in my 1st and 3rd interviews. Despite 14+ years experience in very similar roles, it was clear she had already formed an opinion about me. The rest of the team seemed nice. No follow up from anyone until a 2am rejection email two weeks later. I would not apply again at this company.

Interview
About two days after applying, I was contacted by their automated system to schedule an interview. The interview was a 30 min virtual interview. I interviewed with three people - The pharmacy manager and two staff pharmacists. They took turns asking me questions. STAR-type questions, about 8 of them. Then we discussed the typical work schedule and intern certificate program.
