      Pros

      Helpful and friendly colleagues. Non-toxic environment. Team and senior management has a growth mindset.

      Cons

      Certain dev teams have to work with proprietary (& legacy) tech stack which makes it difficult to implement modern devops, CI/CD & automation. The chain of higher-ups you have to go through to get approval for a migration is too long.

      Pros

      Work from home and get dispatched to customer sites. Getting time off was never an issue. Peers are supportive and helpful. Great work/life balance.
