      Pros

      Great Organization, supportive environment, standard salary with great benefits. stable job, no-drama, proffesional, many company events.

      Cons

      1. Not much learnings will you get since it is an established company. 2. Very niche and specific technology so you have to be aware that years of technical experiences in IDEMIA Jakarta may not be applicable in many general tech company. 3. If you are a freshgraduate and still have an urge to learn latest cutting edge technology such (Backend, Frontend, Cloud/DevOps, AI) IDEMIA Jakarta is not the place for you. 4. Multinational company, but i think the salary is no that high compared to other multination tech company in Indonesia

      I am wrinting this review with a satisfaction feelings from inside IDEMIA office. During the start of my journey within IDEMIA, I have seen the following benefits - Warm welcome by the HR and project teams - Good onboarding experience - Challenging projects with latest technology stacks (Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, DevOps, ...) - Managers are so open to support the new recruit to satisfy his personal interests for the projects to be integrated and his career plan choices - IDEMIA morroco is well known by its healthy working environment - People so helpful to give needed informations - Good salary and bonuses
