      1- providing udemy business account 2- Work life balance 3- stability

      Cons

      1-Toxic, unprofessional and unqualified management 2- No clear vision and strategy 3- Weak planning and process 4- managment working on devlopment only , not focusing on quality and delivery 5- Promotions are primarily due to politics and connections or desperation that people will leave, not performance.

      A good starting point, but an increasing contempt drives away your will to work.

      Pros

      Very interesting products, very different as well so it is hard to imagine that you won't find interest in at least some of them. Talented people to work with and a real accelerator in term of skills learning.

      Cons

      The top management shows an increased contempt for the employees, reducing the workforce, making more profit and imposing raises far below the inflation. Each year you pass in this company decreases your real salary. On top of that the advertised will to sell the company (possibly bit by bit) makes it hard to believe in any long term vision for this company (top management is hardly even trying to build one).

      Difficult to get a raise once inside

      Pros

      the missions are interesting, the clients are diverse. We have the opportunity to work with different countries

      Cons

      as in any company when the management is not good, you don't feel good there. The company has been in the negotiation phase to be bought out for a while and it is felt internally (bad atmosphere, management pressure on the P&L)
