      - Highly skilled people - Great CEO with Great vision (Pierre Barrial) unfortunately with people that are not able to execute and to support

      Cons

      Was a good company (Oberthur time) before focusing on how to improve our revenue that we show the investors (Ebitda) using our people and their personal lives instead of chasing a real revenue with customers.

      Personal life respected, there is a pretty great balance between professional and personal life. Good management.

      Cons

      The HR are not really involved (I still don't know about my benefits) and parisians are as kind as a "porte de prison".
