      IT is not managed well

      work-life balance, pay, onsite gym, benefits

      Cons

      Middle level managers lack in IT skills and knowledge, they outsource everything. Restructure happens frequently and the middle level managers will go on a musical chair and nothing changes in the end. Lot of outsourcing of projects in spite of having full time employees . Overall company is not satisfied with the IT services. No promotion possible if you are not favored of the hiring manager.

      Great office environment and great people. The commission structure is pitfall.

      Pros

      The people who work here are great 99% of the time. Feels like a family. Great benefits and comfortable work atmosphere. A lot of people who have been here a long time.

      Cons

      Sold by HR on commission being attainable but once you are in the seat then you realize you should plan to make about half the target they set for you. This isn't a place to come and think you will kill it pay wise.

      Happy work environment.

      Pros

      Collaborative work environment. Office is big, but feels you know everyone because of the fun activities and committees designed to offer a fun work environment. Wellness committee and volunteer committee is nice

      Cons

      Hard to advance since no one leaves till retirement age. A lot of employees are 15+ years on the job.
