      Pros

      DLL feels like a family oriented company that looks out for you and your best interests. The salaries are competitive with amazing benefits. PTO allocation is extremely generous, in fact, most employees have more PTO days than they know what to do with. DLL offers a sabbatical after 7 years of employment. There are frequent departmental celebrations with food and drink along with fun and games. Management knows how to keep their department happy.

      Cons

      Company needs new talent, as some of the employees have worked here for a very long time. A fresh perspective never hurts.

      Pros

      I was lucky my manager wanted to help the team in terms of knowledge and did learning meetings every week although it was not a company policy.

      Cons

      Lots of stress, very unprofessional staff, favoritism was very obvious, lack of motivation and career path, long hours not ver well paid.

      Pros

      At DLL is an International dynamic company that embraces diversity. You can find open and entrepreneurial environment. There is a very flat hierarchy structure, everyone is very approachable and is very helpful, at every level! The managers are here to support you. They simulate proactivity! You can really make difference at this company.

      Cons

      Bit old fashioned in the use of technology.
