      A great culture of empowerment and caring. They care about the staff and the customer. Large global company with room to grow.

      Cons

      Growth creates challenges around infrastructure. IT systems require investment and upgrades. Global matrix can create complexity at times.

      DLL has a great employee community. There are many groups to join and community outreach events. There care about their employees.

      Cons

      The technology is very old. Back office and middle office technology is too old to keep up with today's technology.
