This is a good company, with a corporate culture that promotes openness and communication. Benefits and paid time off are excellent. Company cafeteria and gym add convenience and improve work/life balance.

Cons

Initial employee training needs improvement. There are many silos between departments that need to be broken down to improve processes.

Salaries used to be top of the line but not anymore. Large layoffs did not include mgt Too many managers, upper mgt, not enough "worker bee's" Many unhappy members
