De Lage Landen as a whole is certainly a cash cow for its parent company Rabobank. There is certainly a silo effect in place but more often than not senior management will focus on IDP's and cross training.

Cons

Compensation is certainly under the industry average and some positions that are more technical/higher level spots are underpaid; technology is outdated.
