      Pros

      The firm has growth potential and stable support from Raborbank. The senior managers are great, always reasonable and helpful. Even though there are a lot of employees, you will get attention and feedback on your job. The work environment is influenced by its parent company, Raborbank, which is a Dutch company, so you are expect to do the best you can.

      Cons

      It seems like it takes awhile to get promoted, unless you take initiative and are willing to take on challenging projects.

      Pros

      Good work life balance. Good opportunities for advancement at lower levels if you take initiative. Good bonuses relative to other companies. No sick leave but competitive vacation packages.

      Cons

      Relatively small company so there are limited opportunity for advancement to upper management positions. No defined career ladders.
