      Benefits, amenities, co-workers not upper management.

      Cons

      Pay, disrespect shown by senior management. Promotions given due to who you know not what you know. The family and friend clicks, lack of recognition. Long hours outside of regular work day. Under staffing stressful workload. Change in bonus, pay scale and percentage of annual raise. Less than cost of living.

      Great place to work. Good Cafe and Gym. Nice work culture.

      Cons

      Top management has undertaken a complete re-organization. This is currently re defining the levels and roles of the employees. It may turn out well and help the company in the long run but time will tell.
