      Pros

      Great people. Good payments. Opportunities to grow (as long as you take the orders from senior management)

      Cons

      Company doesn't look at people when needed. Although spent half of my life there with very positive appraisals, they kick you out as garbage when they want to. And they call it globalizing, while 90% of the management functions goes to the US. Thank god I am at Rabo now.

      Pros

      Generous vacation policy. On-site gym and cafeteria. European work culture (people are generally nicer and more family oriented).

      Cons

      Promotions or increased job opportunities are typically given based on friendship rather than merit. Company appears to want to be on the right track, but typically lacks in execution of large initiatives. Company core strategy is hard to interpret based on constantly changing initiatives and themes.
