People in the company are generally helpful and try to help each other across different business functions. Good brand reputation in the market.

Cons

In singapore commercial, team members are coerced to drink strong alcohol at team bonding events and gatherings. If you don’t drink because of health or religious reasons, u will never get into his and the company’s good books. Senior management is aware of this behavior yet allows it to continue

Bad management. Management heard another employee comment on my race in a mean negative way and did nothing at the time but wrote me up a day later for arguing with a coworker.
