      Pros

      DHL Express takes an extremely long time to hire individuals. Therefore, they truly make an informed decision.. DHL Express spends a lot of time training their new hires and current staff. Therefore, the employees are never facing a scenario unprepared and always have information on who to contact if assistance is needed. Salary and insurance are generous. Benefits on college tuition reimbursement, life insurance, and vacation time is unheard of in a typical US employer. I found my calling and love my job!

      Telecommuting is not an option at this time.

      Pros

      If you work hard you will succeed and will get promoted very fast. You can put in the hours early in the week so you can have a shorter day on friday.

      Cons

      Alot of travel. Wear and tear on your car.
