Where do I start.....the work life balance in this place is horrible. If you get in a car accident and are stuck in the hospital and even have a doctors note, they hold that against you, and the longer that your out, you are at risk of loosing your job. The management sucks big time, I had some performance issues, I CORRECTED those issues and was informed that I was doing great and was told by my boss that I had a career at DHL Express, and they FIRE me for poor work performance???? That's ridiculous, this was the only place that I worked where NOBODY, I mean NOBODY gave me the time of day. I couldn't get 1 person to talk to me. People need to lighten up here, and stop acting so seriously. They treated me like a number. The taste of the food in the cafeteria was horrible and 30 minutes for lunch is way too short. Management needs to give at least 1 hour. I was flat out screwed over with this lousy company. WARNING!! DO NOT WORK AT DHL EXPRESS IN TEMPE, AZ

Many of the managers there do not treat employees with respect. There have been many times that I have seen upper management talk to employees like dogs. They are not willing to train or coach anyone to be better at their job, the solution for DHL managers is to point fingers and then fire you. Its a shame for such a big company to have such bad management. I am not happy there, but unfortunately I cannot find another job.
