      Pros

      Solid company steeped in culture and tradition. Started from humble sleepy roots and morphed into a formidable player in devices and more. Growth was strategically smart. A complete web of products across many segments.

      Cons

      Management, Upper Management, VP on, typically bred within and frankly, some, are not good. Short sighted, immature, and lead for self promotion and preservation. A few living in FLKS area that should have been whacked long ago.
