Fairly stable job; in-place quality system and procedures. Interesting projects to work on.

Cons

Corporate culture, so a lot of workplace politics; Also, employees with many years of service easily laid off when trying to meet the bottom lane.

Good people, great cross functional team. Excellent Mission Statement. Opportunity to grow in you're personal development. Invests in new technology and software to improve products and time to market.

Cons

Tons of office politics. Yearly layoffs, layoffs did not consult with immediate managers. Ever-degrading health benefits. Outsourcing too many positions and core competency to reduce cost.
