Pros

They offer decent health insurance and vacation time.

Cons

Expect to wait 6+ months for a pay increase after being promoted. I had to wait 6+ months while a fellow employee had to wait 9+ months. Management lies and makes up policies to try to justify the delay. A quick call it HR will prove that the policies do not exist. After waiting an excessive amount of time your pay increase will only be 10%, no matter how much they promised you. They expect you to be on call 24/7 and work 40+ hours for 40 hours pay. Moving up is not worth it, you are better off without the 10% pay, trust me. You will be lied to and mislead until eventually you get your disappointing pay increase. At this point, you are ready to quit. Then, some other poor sap can do their bidding for six months without an increase as the cycle continues. If you do get your raise, don’t expect any back pay, they will laugh at you. Dirty company with a dirty agenda. You will truly be “just a number”, and they will take all that they can. STAY AWAY.

Pros

- I have (had) a good team. Naturally, most of them left. - Pay is industry average (on the assumption of a 9-6pm job. Of course that's not the case. Considering the amount of OT employees do, if we were paid for those hours, we would be very, very much richer.)

Cons

- Empty vessels make the most noise, but some part of management is blind to this. - Work is not credited in due. People copy & paste and claim it as their own. - For every person who leaves, there is no replacement, and no intention of replacement. Like communism, work is re-distributed to the "survivors". - Very traditional mindset that it is impossible to advance beyond superiors. - Solutions/Delivery team double (triple) up as presales team - Annual increment is peanuts. Heard the promotion one is even worse. - No autonomy at work - "This is how it has always been done" attitude. No room to negotiate change for the better - Proximity to power makes some believe they wield it. -All resources are put down for all tasks. Decision makers do not understand the concept of context switching, and that it actually takes time for an individual to learn a substantial amount of information before being able to carry out a given task. People can get pulled out of projects 1-2 weeks before go-live and (sometimes) replaced with another 'more available' individual who has no clue what is happening. Who's to blame here when the individual is unable to perform? - There was an anonymous (so they say) “Great Place to Work” survey conducted in Sept 17. Think the results were so bad the company never published it (last I checked, not sure about now).

Pros

The low grade coffee is free in the kitchen

Cons

The management doesn't care about you, your feelings and your ideas. Maybe this is because the management sold CTP to Athos and they got the money. They are not interested in the company anymore. Some of them already left the company.
