Pros

Colleagues were generally friendly, approachable and worked well together

Cons

Too much admin work that takes up too much time for staff to really value add to the jobs they are hired for. Did not feel welcomed into the company when I first joined because there was no formal introduction to internal stakeholders and peers. Furthermore, no structured induction in place. Lack of coaching and mentorship, only "finger-pointing" when things went wrong. Micro-managing style even at senior management level, when such level should be more strategic instead of nitpicking on operational daily issues. Employee benefits not market competitive and inconsistent salary and grading structure.

Pros

- Some good community events - Free coffee - Good refer a friend bonus - Salary is average

Cons

Lot of, I can totally agree with the "Hard to believe this exists " and with the "Worst workplace ever ” , however they mainly just list the effect from cause and effect. You have to concentrate to the cause which is clearly the management (middle management included). So the management is simple terrible, you can imagine the cause of it.

Pros

I don't have many positive things to say unfortunately

Cons

Since the split into Eviden and Atos was announced, it's been an absolute chaos. I used to work for a different company that got taken over by Atos, and things just went downhill from there. There's no clear path for career advancement, and the managers hardly bother to give any feedback. It feels like they don't bother passing down information from the higher-ups, or maybe they just don't want to share it with us. Whenever we ask questions, they always hit us with a frustrating "we don't know yet" response. Many of the processes and internal systems are outdated and incredibly time-consuming. If you're looking for a modern workplace that values innovation, Atos is not the place to be. The company culture isn't great either. The London office is a drag to work in, and they don't even provide basic stuff for free, like milk for coffee. And when they organise company events after work, they expect us to BYOB and bring our own snacks. It's just disappointing. Overall, the situation since the split has been a real mess, with poor communication and a work environment that doesn't seem to care about improving things for its employees. If you're thinking of joining, I'd suggest avoiding Atos .
