Atos reviews

I´m working in Atos Poland and i´m foreigner. Since i joined 2 years ago, i´m the only in my Department who didn´t receive any training, promotion or social benefit. When i ask the reason: keep working hard, you will reach it. Management don´t care so much.

1. Highly hierarchical structure 2. New ideas are shot down 3. No power for frontline staff 4. Too much politics 5. Boys' club culture 6. Disrespectful and downright offensive conversations 7. All departments are silos and less integration 8. Blame culture 9. Hiring and firing at will with no real consequences 10. No clear whistleblower or anonymous escalation path 11. Ungodly work hours 12. Not enough focus on diversity
