Pros

Most of the people I work with are very friendly and professional. The offices are neat and spacious (open plan) and the company provides a kitchen/tea space that´s looked after.

Cons

It´s a shame the company does not seem to value its employees more seriously (wages are low in comparison to the skills required and the effort asked for) and the prospects of evolution are slim (unless I haven´t been told about more consistent secret tailored career plans).

Pros

Nothing at all, rubbish, poor, discrimination, rude!!

Cons

Training was overly complicated, frustrating. I felt very isolated due to the colour of my skin, they were treating me differently. Whenever I wanted to pray they wouldn’t let me, they were extremely rude to me. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They’re meant to be a healthcare insurance company but they couldn’t care less about their employees health. I was very poorly and I couldn’t help it. I tried my best to recover but how could I when these people were stirring me mentally as well as physically. The management couldn’t care less about anyone. DONT WORK FOR THEM. THERES A REASON NO ONE WANTS TO WORK FOR THEM AND PEOPLE KEEP LEAVING!!!

Pros

-Impressive building -Competitive salary -Good location (easy to reach via public transport) -Catering service is okay. Nice coffee bar. -Teleworking options -Encouraging employees to engage in social projects

Cons

-Extremely bureaucratic -Learning on the job is very limited -The managers I worked for often didn't have the required competencies or leadership skills for the position they had. Experience is valued higher than competencies. -No innovation mindset -95% of meetings are in French. If you don't speak French fluently, you can expect a huge professional and social disadvantage
