Pros

You won't get fired even you deliver nothing. Your senior/mgt know nothing about standard. But their work from home equipment and policies are great, and you can easily maintain a work life balance, which is outstanding among the industry.

Cons

You can achieve nothing, people are delivering horrible output after deadlines with tons of errors, escalation won't change a thing, management will suppress the voice, forging a peaceful illusion. If you are good at your job, DON'T ever think of working here, this is a huge mess, not rewarding either (both monetary and non-monetary)

Internally a mess

Pros

You get at least some bare minimum benefits

Cons

The company internally was a mess, and my manager was at that time the company "golden boy". He got away with whatever harassment he wanted to dole out on younger female employees he wanted and got away without any consequences. Voiced this to HR at my exit interview, and they tried to gaslight me into thinking that I'm just a "sensitive, young and hysterical" little girl.
