I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Target (New York, NY) in Sep 2023
Interview
It was all online. Recorded videos of myself answering questions, very straight forward but impersonal and dry. But then again, it's retail. It's very clear what answers they want from you, and it's so simple that the overall "interview" took me around 20 minutes to complete?
