Target Team Member interview questions

The interview was done via their website. They have you record videos talking about your past work experience and why you would be a good fit at Target. It’s a fully-online process and my first interaction with any Target employee was during my orientation after I had already been hired.

I was sent an email that had sent me to the link of a virtual interview and they asked me a total of 5 questions. They give you 3 tries on each question with 3 minutes to answer the question.
