Target Team Member interview questions

The entire process easy and straightforward, mostly centered around explaining experience and availability. You may conduct a fully-online and automated initial interview, which is then followed up by a second round and finally a call back if they decide to hire or have questions.

Very simple and friendly. They stated some of the expectations and gave me the option on whether to work in fulfillment or the front. I told them I am happy to go where they need me the most.
