Initially, a telephonic interview that took 1.5 weeks for next round (i.e. a technical round) and then a final face-to-face interview with the hiring manager. The whole process took around 1.5 month.

How to troubleshoot the problem (not a single solution but expected variety of possible solutions)
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ServiceNow in Jan 2020
Interview
There was an email from HR suggesting when I can be available for a phone interview. I did the phone interview, then a second interview with the senior support engineer and finally a technical interview. There were issues and confusion in their scheduling, and hints of sarcasm towards the last interview. The questions were easy however the interview process took about three long months. The company isn't good at follow-ups in letting know candidates got the job or not just like what the other anonymous post related to this job title states.

The interview process began with call from the hiring manager to discuss about the position followed by a phone screen round with their tech lead. After the phone screen round I was informed the position was temporarily on hold.
Got a call from the hiring manager for an onsite interview after a month.I had to wait for more than a month to hear back about the onsite interview post which I was informed they would not be moving forward. Since I didnt receive a feedback and I was kept on wait for quite sometime, I do not feel positive about the interview process.
