Process took 1 week, 1 written test easy, aptitude logical and Unix, SQL basic questions. 3
Face to face interviews, all are positive but no offer, they that need product support experience alone. Not production support. When they are that specific, then why did they call such people for interview and waste the time. Pathetic people and pathetic process, worst people on shortlisting
Never recommend for attending support interview. Technical team is ok, but management team is very bad. Over all pathetic experience...
Please don't waste our time by calling unnecessarily when u want specific skill, then call them only for interview.
tough, they look more for developers. i guess being a new company, they need tech support to code as well to save time. i think developers will be a good fit for these roles since they can talk and solve issues

Technical phone Interview with a lead team. He's very honest, nice, and patient. He went over briefly about the company, and then went straight to technical questions based off the resume.
