Interview process was good. But BGV is very problematic. Instead of gauging the potential of the candidate they prioritize cibil score. Got selected and offer letter after weeks of BGV they rejected me because of the low cibil score. I explained to them the default happened because of the family issue where my father had taken the loan on my name and was defaulted. I was trying to get settle that but is a huge amount and I am in need of the job, but still it was not considered. The experience was hectic. They should consider the candidate not their financial issues.

Question 1
1.How would I handle a customer. And could you do a mock call on the spot?
2. What is the most important skill required to handle a customer?
Online test, which ask apparent random questions then decides whether you get to the next stage, you do not find out the correct answers, rather annoying. Not transparent enough for me

Interview
Interview took sometime for few people including me and we all got selected. They will have longer interview session if they interested in you. It is more like a friendly discussion and overall experience was good. The interview board had three people, HR manager, and two other managers.
