I was first given a brief overview of the company, what they offer, and what to expect. I was then given a brief assessment test. Afterwards I got a brief personal interview with one of the people from sales. The questions were mostly about what I learned from college, how do I get along with others, any projects that I completed, etc etc.

No difficult question was asked. But the one that did take the longest was explaining my final project that I completed in college and also a project that I did during my spare time.

Interview
After an initial phone interview which was very basic, I was called to the Assessment Centre for two interviews and a technical test. The first interview consisted of questions only pertaining to my experience and lasted for 20 minutes. The second interview was very technical and I was asked a lot of questions on all the skills that I had mentioned on my CV. It lasted for 45 minutes. The technical test consisted of basic questions of Java as well as few coding questions. The test was for an hour.
