I applied online. I interviewed at FDM Group (Londres, Angleterre)
Interview
I got a phonecall 10 minutes after applying and arranged a phone interview 2 days later. It was a 10-15 minute call where I was asked basic questions: Why did I choose my degree? What do I know about FDM? Why do I want to do this Job? Spend a couple of hours going through their website and answering some basic interview questions and you should be fine.
I went to an Assessment day a couple of weeks later which lasted a solid 6 hours. It was quite tiring - I had to do a group presentation, technical test, mathematical test, note-taking exercise, spot-the-difference exercise. It was a bit tiring, but better than having it split into 5 different stages like some companies have!
I was hugely surprised at how friendly they were during the interview - I am nervous person, yet during the interview I felt really comfortable and at home.
Overall there isn't much preparation you can do - make sure you spend a day or two going over what FDM do, and look over some competency based questions (An example where you worked as team, where you solved a problem etc.).

Interview
Submitted my CV through their website and received a call from them after 5 mins to arrange a time for a telephone interview.
Telephone interview was very basic, just asked me what I knew about FDM and why I applied for this post.
Received an email 2 hours later telling me I'd passed the telephone interview and was invited to their assessment day which I'm still waiting for.
