I applied for DSTAR program. The interview was divided into 2 phases: HR interview and user interview. Both of the interviews were conducted as group interview (1 meeting room was filled with several candidates). Each of the interview lasted more than 20 minutes.

I showed up 10 minutes before and the HR manager was waiting for me. She was very pleasant and made feel comfortable from the start. She asked me a few questions and I gave all the answers about my education, my past experience etc. I’d d it again.
