BlackRock Associate interview questions

The process was very smooth and very well coordinated. both HR and Technical interviewers were very helpful, they provided very meaningful feedback at the end of interview which was very helpful

I had 4 interviews/meetings spread out over about 6 weeks. Everyone seemed really nice but the whole process was far too dragged out. Some of the interviews was a massive download of information to me with not much chance for me to interact which meant it was hard to establish a connection. The questions were really vague and it was hard to understand what they were looking for. It doesn't help that after the first meeting they changed the job scope and I was not sent a new job description (even though I did ask for one) so I was working off of incorrect information.
