BlackRock Associate interview questions

Be prepared for an extensively long and unprofessional experience when apply here. 5 months+ process for me. Had an interview scheduled out of my availability. One interviewer wasn't courteous. Never heard back after 3 rounds, not even an automatic rejection. Had to find out the outcome myself - the job post disappeared one day after ~5months. If want to reject just do it why keep candidates in the dark for months.
