BlackRock Associate interview questions

Very thorough interview process. First a phone screen with HR, and then a 2 hour virtual interview with 4 members of the team for 30 minutes each. Tough, challenging questions but a good mix of hard and soft skill focused questions that ultimately gauge competency and overall company fit.

Very comprehensive as a process, including both senior professionals as well as peers. Multiple perspectives on the candidate, and regular communication back to the candidate. Helped gauge the fit on both sides.
