Pros

Great work and home balance. Weekends off. They do have some good committees to try and boost moral. Always having potlucks!

Cons

Very poor management. The whole building needs to go through actual manager training. They need to provide real training to the employees instead of some constantly changing version of a crash course.

Pros

Lots of great people, good location

Cons

Upper management doesn't listen to anyone outside of the C group. All they care about is making more money for investors. Bad decisions are made solely because they are perceived to cost lest, regardless to how they affect the employees or how we work together.

It's a job. I suppose it's better than being unemployed and on the street. Getting hired is easy. All that you need is a GED and no experience.

Cons

Unprofessionalism, lies, cheating contractors of owed money, disorganization, understaffed, and usual laundry list of problems.
