Pros

Culture is very cool, lots of young people, there is always something you can learn and each and every day which is exciting.

Cons

100+ cold calls a day, Not a job for everyone, frustrating in the aspect that you will get people who don't want to talk to but you must stay poised.

Pros

I have experienced great detail to attention to making my transition as a new hire for XPO and Express-1. The on-boarding teams and management have made this difficult decision seem very right for me. The ability to interact with other employees has been great in that everyone shares the same theme of growth and customer focus

Cons

Non except learning new responsibilities but again have had great help
