      Pros

      Very experienced senior level executives, sales/operations managers go the extra mile to help others succeed, growing company on the rise, fast-paced and very fun work environment, being able to control your own destiny

      Cons

      Being able to adjust to things at the "drop of a hat" due to us growing so rapidly (some might find this hard to do, but the Type A personalities will look forward to bringing it on!)

      Pros

      XPO is a huge player today in the logistics & transportation industry. With endless opportunity for career advancement within the organization I consider this to be one of the top companies to work for, particularly the Charlotte NC branch which is where all of our resources come together. Life is what you make it out to be, and while there's no guarantee for success I truly believe this is one place that has given me the chance to be successful.

      Cons

      At this time I don't see many cons to working at XPO Logistics.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere, fast paced, great attitude in the office, beautiful view of Lake Michigan from the office, great management.

      Cons

      Occasional overtime, the company is still new so it is tough to get the name out, but it is growing quickly
