      Pros

      Management and staff are personable. I would like to add more, but I unfortunately can't think of anything else.

      Cons

      Take your pick. Low pay with an expected 16 hours a day of work if you are a manager. The bonus parameters are impossible to meet, therefore you can forget earning a bonus. The benefits are awful and the time off is even worse. Upper management shows no concern whatsoever for the well being of employees. One manager slept in his office one night because he was so buried and the response of upper management was "nice job". And don't even bother if you have a family. You will never see each other. As for culture, it is cult like. The people that have worked for the company for a long time have digested the Kool Aid and are like XPO zombies, only willing to talk business at any time.

      Need for new leadership

      Pros

      The hours are good. Opportunity for overtime. Convenient to home.

      Cons

      Currently the manager and supervisory staff are inept. They set rules and never follow up on them to ensure that every employee is on the same page. They select and choose who they allow to have free reign at the location. Mostly their friends and family whom they have employed. There is no room for advancement. The don't perform yearly reviews which means no salary increases. For it to be a call center they are understaffed most of the time. They expect excellence from the employees but pay nothing.

      Pros

      Most of the people in the office are great.

      Cons

      This company will hire you with promises of advancement and growth, but it is all lies. I have worked for this company for 3 years now with no raise and no advancement. They will make one person do enough work for three or four people and pay the bare minimum while management does nothing but bark orders and blame employees for their mistakes.
