Good Pay, very strong in the areas of TRS, Fishing and Liner Hander. They have a strong wireline logging suite however the preventive maintenance and temperature rating needs to improve.

Cons

Management style in terms of commitment and leadership towards business excellence is very weak.

Decent compensation. My team was really nice and helpful even though we were always busy. They tried to help as much as they could even with their busy schedules

Cons

Kind of got thrown into the deep end without sufficient training but that is also how you can learn quickly as well if you can find out how to do well
